we actually bought our rings through Zales.com since they weren't available instore. we did have to send them back twice (once because two rings of thesame size were sent, both of which weren't the right size, and once becausethey were too tight). Zales was most cooperative in correcting the problem.we're very happy with our purchase and would pick Zales again.

Love Zales, my engagement ring was purchased at the Warwick location but I go to the location in N. Attleboro, MA to get the ring serviced. The staff is great and very helpful.
