West Valley Inn

Everyone that I dealt with were so friendly. When i met my day planner, Shannon she was amazing she made sure i was comfortable the whole day of my wedding. She did a great job decorating the room and did everything i asked for. The guest loved her and she made my wedding day awesome. The food was also really good we had the Mediterranean buffet, everyone loved it.

The place and people were wonderful.

My hostess was super helpful. The ceremony site was beautiful. The food was amazing. My guests only complaint was that dessert was not left out long enough. It was never really announced that it was put out so most of my dessert was not eaten. Including myself. Overall we were super happy with West Valley Inn and their staff.

This was a wonderful place for a wedding! We had our wedding out in the garden and our reception in the Puccini Room. The price was remarkable for everything you get and the staff was super helpful! THE FOOD HERE IS FANTASTIC!!!! I would definitely recommend the West Valley Inn to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception!

The West Valley Inn was a great place to have our wedding. The prices were amazing! We also got so many comments on the dinner, people said it was one of the best wedding dinners they have ever had! (we had the surf and turf and chicken marsala). The only thing we did not like about the reception hall was that they give you a wedding day host, but you do not get to met him/her until the day of your wedding. That was little crazy to me, and it made me a little uncomfortable because I had to be extra specific with directions since they were going from my mouth to another person to the wedding host. But, everything did end up just as I wanted it, and even better than I expected. I would reccommend this place to anyone!

Our experience at the West Valley Inn was bittersweet. Every email, phone call and meeting with Debbie was a pleasure. She was very fast to respond by email and always pleasant and helpful. The food was great and they were even able to accommodate a "no seafood" rule for my hors d'oeuvres (my grandmother is allergic) and went out of their way to find out about peanuts for a guest's daughter with an allergy. Unfortunately, my wedding ceremony in the garden that was scheduled for 6pm could not accommodate my guests UNTIL 6pm because West Valley Inn scheduled another wedding ceremony immediately before ours for 5:30pm. I found this lack of consideration for my guests to be inexcusable. We had guests on crutches, with canes, in wheelchairs, and with babies who truly needed the extra time a few minutes before to get settled. When I arrived in the limo, my guests were all still standing around waiting for the other wedding to clear out. (I'm sure that bride was unhappy about it as well.) The person assigned to help on the day of our wedding, Fran, was polite but in no way did she seem to be there for our comfort. She seemed like more of a watchful eye for the facility. And we were glad to have chosen an open bar with beer & wine only after seeing that the mixed drinks were in glasses no more than 5 oz in size with a ton of ice and hardly any liquor. Perhaps most disturbing of all was that West Valley Inn asked my pianist to call me in the middle of getting ready for the wedding to ask if I wanted to have the ceremony outdoors (there was a chance of rain). I would have expected them to have called me themselves, considering she does not work for them and had nothing to do with it aside from being there early. Overall I would say that we had a nice wedding experience, that everyone enjoyed themselves, and that West Valley Inn is certainly a good value if you need to afford a big wedding on a budget. I would not expect to be wowed by them.

West Valley is great for a low budget event. There were a few complaints however. The food was cold and took a long time to come out. By the time we were done eating, the reception was almost over and we had hardly any time to dance. The hostess insisted on doing things her way instead of how we wanted them. The bartender wasn't very nice, The drinks were small and not worth the money.

All the staff at West Valley Inn were excellent to work with.

The food is amazing, and you are assigned a hostess all nite, she turned up the air conditioning 3x for us!

Can't go wrong with West Valley in EVER

I had a beautiful wedding and a wonderful service and the West Valley Inn did a great job.The food was the best i have ever had. The price was a little high but not unreasonable considering how nice it was. The wedding planner they assigned me was excellent she did a beautiful job. I really didnt go without, i just had hoped the lighting would have been a lil better considering it was raining out and i had to have my pics taken inside the room.

Great food, good service. Definitely get your money's worth. Bartending staff could have been more courteous. Often felt rushed during the planning. I really didn't feel like they took the time to listen to me and how I wanted the room to look. Overall a good experience.

I would definitely reccomend this site for ceremony and reception. The garden was beautiful, which saved cost on ceremony flowers. The transition between ceremony and reception flowed nicely. The food was delicious.

I loved it they did everything I wanted to do, they even set the room up a different way that they have never done before and they didn't say anything about it they even tested it out before they did the seating arrangment to see if it would work. They were so pleasent to every one the food was wonderful. Everyone still talks about how amazing my wedding was and it was 3 years ago. Wonderful job thank you ....
