Ryan Designs

Erik and Christen Ryan of Ryan Designs truly can help you turn your vision into a beautiful reality. They have an incredible set of skills in lighting design, carpentry, sewing...you name it...to transform a space. We were married on an island in Boston Harbor. The venue was pretty spread out, including long pathways between the ceremony and reception sites, and separate (but adjacent) dining and dancing tents that required a fair amount of TLC to make them look elegant. Ryan Designs went above and beyond the call of duty to bring out the best in our fabulous, but somewhat rustic island venue. They created some amazing lantern chandeliers (born out of a late afternoon whiteboard brainstorm and ooohed and ahhhed over by our guests and other vendors), inviting lounge vignettes for our dance tent (complete with beautiful custom pillows and driftwood tables), shabby-chic signage to point guests in the right direction (to the dock, the washrooms, reception, etc.)... I'm convinced that there is not much the Ryans can't do. Thank you, Ryans, for your great work!

this review is far overdue. christen and erik ryan are incredible! first of all, they donated their time and talent to a giveaway that my husband and i won. but they didn't just call it in, they went above and beyond adding all the important design and decor elements to make our wedding truly special. from the chandeliers, to the lounge furniture, the custom pillows our beautiful wedding tree and of course all of the ga ga gorgeous mercury glass, they did it all. but more importantly, is how kind they are! seriously, they are both so nice and sweet and just wonderful. words will never be enough to thank them for everything that they did. ryan design will always be our icing on the cake, it wouldn't have been the same wedding without them!!! thank you C + E !!!

Among other things, Christen and Erik Ryan gave us a simply spectacular reception space with custom lounge furniture, custom table runners with matching pillows in the lounges, and uplighting around the room. They elegantly covered the areas of the reception hall I didn't care for, and really created a wonderful atmosphere for our celebration. They are kind, generous people that were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their work. I was thrilled with everything they did for our wedding and would highly reccomend their services for any bride!
