Pranzi Catering

Pranzi Catering did our rehearsal dinner. Our rehearsal dinner was difficult from the get go...we had reserved serveral different venues with the last one being completely different from what had been described and what we saw in pictures (we live in Seattle and had a destination wedding in RI). So when we needed to find a place at the last minute (literally five days before the wedding!) Pranzi catering hooked us up with Villa One Twenty which was a dream!!! They then catered the event and did an absolutely beautiful job!! The food was delicious and there wasn't an empty belly in the house!!

Our New Year's Eve 2010 wedding was fabulous thanks to Pranzi Catering. Lisa, the owner and our wedding planner, guided our ideas to make the evening perfect! The atmosphere and decor were picturesque. The food was spectacular! All our guests marveled at the selection and portions. Lisa and her staff were very accomodating in an unprentious way. They knew what we needed before we could ask. Lisa worked well within our budget and met every request, big or little, with ease. We recommend Pranzi Catering for a most memorable wedding! I cannot say enough about Pranzi Catering. They totally impressed us through every step of the wedding process.I'll start with Lisa (the owner) as she is the main reason we chose Pranzi. She is sweet and friendly, and she was so completely on top of everything right from our first meeting - and at the same time she was totally laid back, which was essential for us. Because of her, we booked Pranzi before even doing a tasting. (Pranzi, by the way, was the ONLY caterer we found that was even willing to do a tasting prior to booking. This was also a huge plus in their favor, to us.) About mid-way through planning we ran into some budget concerns, and it looked like we might have to settle for a menu that was less exciting than we wanted, to stay under budget. Well, Lisa took the reins and really worked with us to create a menu that we were completely excited about, while keeping everything under our max price. It had something for everyone, even the kids, and those with food allergies. She came up with a room layout that made it easy for people to get at the food and there were never any problems with lines backing up. And this is in a one-room event with 130 people.And most importantly, THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!! We knew it was good at our tasting, but you know how you're never quite sure if the tasting will reflect the same quality at a large scale event. Well, I have never seen such a reaction from guests at any wedding. Repeatedly, people stopped us during the reception just to thank us for the food! It's more than a month later and people are still gushing to me about it – people will randomly grab me at family/friend gatherings and say, "did I tell you the food at your wedding was off the charts?" As a bonus - Lisa handled all kinds of details for us. She includes many "day-of coordinator" services in her events. We delivered decorations, favors, etc. to her ahead of time, and she took care of setting things up for us, even brought extra signage to the event, etc. etc. Bottom line: Pranzi made it really easy for us to relax & enjoy the day. If you're thinking about working with them, call Lisa today. You will not be sorry!

Lisa was fantastic to work with. All of our conversations and meetings were great. She had a wide variety of options, and did an amazing job understanding what I was wanted, and delivering beyond expectations. She also took care of all of the rentals, and they turned out better than I had imagined. The decor, food, and service were all perfection. Every person I talked to all night could not stop talking about the food! I'd recommend her to everyone.

Lisa and he team at Pranzi-amazing! food, service, and overall knowledge of site and other "stuff" was well received and appreciated. Her team went above and beyond for our wedding!

We are so pleased with Pranzi. They really worked with us to accommodate our needs and requests. Lisa and her team are very responsive I was always in the loop with what was going on. I really didn't feel like I had anything to worry about with her. The day of the wedding Lisa really helped to ensure that things went smoothly. They also made our cake which was simple and elegant just as requested. All of our guests mentioned how wonderful the food was and that it was hot when served. Lisa’s staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lisa did a great job with our wedding. She was on top of things. We were very impressed with her knowledge of everything from the flowers to glassware. Pranzi's did a great job at our wedding.

Pranzi was a little bit pricier than some of the other caterers we met with, but people are still telling me how great the food was. They say it was the best wedding food they have ever had.
