Marisa and Gabe are very professional and easy to work with, especially since they cater the event there. They are always available to answer any questions and made me feel so at ease about the whole planning process. I will be having future parties here.

We used Meadowbrook Inn in Charlestown, RI for the ceremony and reception. I knew it was the place as soon as we pulled up and saw the grounds and the ceremony site. It was a beautiful venue with an incredible staff. I worked with the owner Gabe and Marissa as my wedding coordinator and they were fantastic. Nothing was too difficult or too demanding for them. They went out of their way to help me with my planning, and made my job very easy as I did not use a wedding planner but did everything myself. They had great ideas, were extremely flexible in terms of working with me as to how I wanted the event to run, never made me feel like I was asking too much, and guided me in certain areas where I was unsure of what I wanted. We worked together over a 5 month period and they were always responsive to my needs. I felt they went above and beyond what most venue coordinators would do. This is probably because they own the place. They made me feel like mine was the only wedding they were working on. The venue itself was fantastic. The staff all the way around (the servers & bartenders) were exceptionally professional and made the entire day run perfectly and smoothly. I never felt rushed and although the word is that your day goes by too quickly, that was an understatement - it could have gone on forever. In terms of the menu, they worked with us on choosing a menu that combined choices from a few different options. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. The wait staff was incredibly attentive, my wine glass was never empty and they took great care of me and my groom making sure we were served first among the guests. I got more compliments from my guests about how beautiful and professional and fabulously fun my wedding was and I owe a great deal of that to Gabe and Marissa and the staff at the Meadowbrook Inn. I HIGHLY recommend this...

This venue was so beautiful and was just perfect for what we were looking for. The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous! Also, the owners were so nice and very helpful. The head waiter was a godsend!!! He was so helpful. He even helped fix the bustle on my dress! Food was amazing, service was amazing....everything was perfect. And the price was very reasonable.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our wedding ceremony and reception experience at Meadow Brook Inn. The grounds were manicured to perfection for our day, and the banquet room was put together very nicely. Marisa and Gabe were a pleasure to work with! They really care about their clients and helped us with any issues that arose. BRIDES! please note that when choosing your food you must keep in mind that food prices can fluctuate, especially if you are reserving your location a year in advance. We were extremely nervous about this situation as we were on a strict budget. I feel that Marisa went the extra mile to accommodate us and address these concerns. One person in particular I need to mention was the head waiter Brian. He KNEW what he was doing—a true professional, and was there every step of the way. He was like a personal assistant to me (the bride) for the entire night! When we cut the cake, he was right behind me with a towel. And after when my husband threw the garter, he was there with my "throw away" bouquet. I needed to use the restroom, and he escorted me so my guests wouldn't interrupt me on the way. Absolutely wonderful! The food is to die for! Hors d'oeuvres were non-stop and delicious! Dinner was served in a way that everyone was fed at the same time. It was NOT one of those deals where half the room is done eating and the other half is still waiting for their food. They are very efficient. My guests are still gushing over the fact that the food was amazingly delicious and their portion sizes were grand. The Meadow Brook Inn is the perfect location to have an intimate, beautiful and romantic wedding. We are very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend it to anyone. We loved how Marisa and Gabe treated us as people, and not just the "14th wedding of the season'". Thank you!! J&C

My husband and I received many compliments about our wedding at Meadow Brook Inn. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the dance floor was a great size. Marisa and Gabe were extremely accommodating during the planning process. They are wonderful people to work with, and I could tell right away that they really care about making your day special and unique. On the actual wedding day, the head waiter, Brian, did an amazing job of making sure everything stayed on schedule for us, and he even made sure we stopped to eat! I would highly recommend Meadow Brook Inn as a wedding venue, and I hope everyone's day is as magical as ours was.

The staff at Meadow Brook is absolutely amazing. Brian, the head waiter, was extremely helpful and an absolute blessing on our wedding day. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The outdoor area is gorgeous. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food too. I definitely recommend holding your wedding at Meadow Brook Inn.

Marisa and Gabe were great to work with, very personable and knowledgable. Wedding day was perfect, everything went smoothly. Guests still commenting on food! Very intimate setting, everyone was very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better day!!

MeadowBrook Inn was the absolute perfect place for my wedding! The staff, the food and the atmosphere were incredible !! The head waiter was great and everything was beyond our expectations. People are still talking about how great it was and how fast the food was served. I have not one complaint for Meadowbrook...They made my wedding day just perfect!

The staff at Meadow Brook Inn were extremely flexible and allowed for many unique requests to be executed with seemed ease. They were friendly and the place is meticulously kept.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our wedding reception being held at Meadow Brook Inn. Starting from when you first meet with the owners, you will be amazed at how they are so genuine. They will immediately put you at ease, knowing they will take care of everything you'll need on (and before) your special day. The responsiveness is over 5 stars! They get back to you very quickly and about even the little things brides may just want to 'double check'..etc. As for our wedding reception, we went with the outdoor cocktail reception before the indoor/sit-down dinner. People were still raving to my parents about the outdoor cocktail reception weeks after our wedding. As for the rest of the reception/dinner/space....everything is amazing. Not to mention the prices! You get a lot for your money and it is quality, delicious food!! The tasting was great to have with all other brides/grooms and you get to try so many great dishes!! The dance floor is cool being raised and 'separate' from the dining floor, yet everyone can see the dance floor from their seat. This was great for my grandparents, who didn't dance but were able to still see everybody! The staff at MBI was outstanding! Everyone looked/acted professional and were even super helpful when my bustle broke! The parlor is great if you have kids/adults who need some quiet, but yet can still be comfy. Overall, we cannot say enough praise about Meadow Brook Inn ... we would do it all over again in a second.

We went to Meadow Brook Inn and fell in love with the outside ceremony area as soon as we pulled up!! We just knew that our wedding would be perfect if we had it outside at Meadow Brook Inn. The owners and staff are very attentive and professional and work with you to the best of their ability! The grounds were perfect for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and for taking beautiful pictures. I also used the upstairs bridal lounge to get ready with the girls and they gave us mamosas, chocolate covered strawberries and crackers and assorted cheeses! Good start before the Big Day! The head waiter was excellent, always making sure everything was perfect and asking us if we ever needed anything. Never had to worry about a thing because everything was always taken care of. Meadow Brook is also very nice inside for the reception. It's great that they have an elevated dance floor so you don't feel like you're stepping on everyone while you're dancing. We have gotten lots and lots of comments from guests saying that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! The food was perfect and everything couldn't have went better! I would definately recommend anyone who is looking for a great outdoor wedding/cocktail hour & reception to go to Meadow Brook Inn. Definately worth the money!!!! I really enjoyed with with the whole staff. Marisa was very helpful and easy to talk to. My wedding went smoothly thanks to their wonderfully trained staff and head waiter. The food was very good, I ate my whole meal, which I am told is unheard of for a bride. The grounds are very beautiful, rustic and country just like I like. The only thing I was displeased with was the appearance of the restrooms, they definitely need a remodel! But all in all I was exceptionally happy with my day.

The staff at Meadow Brook was amazing! We didn't have to ask Brian, our head server, for anything. He anticipated all of our needs and really made our day/ night run smoothly. The food was amazing, the staff was great and very professional. The only thing I would have liked to see changed would be the lighting indoors didn't look good in any of our pictures.
