Five Star Limo

Paul, limo driver arrived early and was great the whole time, helping with my long train and veil all through pictures and the many stops we took. He was great and it was the lowest price of anyone we called!

We rented a rolls royce from five star that Lou drove on our wedding. To start off the car was gorgeous, well maintained, and clean. I've been in a few limos before and never got one clean and well maintainted. The only downfall is no ac but with the windows down it is not bad at all (our wedding was a hot July day) and you can't expect an antique car to be airconditioned. Don't worry ladies your hair won't get messed up with the windows down, I was worried about it but my half up half down hair and veil stayed in perfect condition. Next I have to mention Lou. He was so nice and accomodating- he even helped me with my train, opened church doors for me, and talked on the phone with my grandfather who couldn't find the church which I thought was super nice. We got red carpet and champagne toast as well, only thing is five star doesn't offer just married signs but if you ask they will probably let you put a window cling in the back we could have if we had remembered it. Oh and lastly Lou came in a nice outfit as well black pants and vest with white shirt which I think is important. It adds to the pretend feeling of being rich for the day that you get when sitting in the back of a rolls. Plus the picture opportunities are great with rolls behind you.

For the most part, they got the job done. They showed up to the hotel on time, got us to the church on time. My husband really enjoyed the driver of the party bus. Ours was nice as well.Our main problem (which were hoping to get resolved) was that we contracted them until 6pm so that we could take pictures in downtown providence. Because of the hurricane, we went to the crowne plaza instead. We never told the limos we were done with them. We went outside around 4 to take some outside photos and they were nowhere to be found. So far my husband has called once, they told us they'd look into it and get back to us. That was two weeks ago. Looks we'll be calling them again. Hopefully, updates to follow.I also had the same limo company for my bachelorette party. The driver was very nice but did not know his way around very well - as he went through johnston to get from downtown providence to north providence (the providence side).

Five Star Limo was our first choice, but due to lack of vehiecles we were forced to hire a 2nd limo company. There was a lack of communication at times, but the service the day of was great the driver was awsome, and the car looked great.
