Confectionery Designs

I LOVED my cake from Confectionary Designs. We used a design that they do pretty frequently, but personalized it with fish (hey, we're unique like that). It ended up being beautiful! We changed the design on them about a week and a half in advance and they were completely flexible. The price was right too! We got the look of fondant but the cake was done in buttercream. I docked them half a point on quality because while the cake was REALLY good, it didn't blow my mind. But overall I was super happy with them, they made cake shopping and selecting a stress-free, fun experience!

Confectionery Designs did my cakes for my rehearsal dinner and my wedding. The cakes were UNBELIVABLE. Not only were they visually amazing but they tasted to die for. I am a dessert person and these met every one of my expectations. It almost was too good to eat!!

I loved our wedding cake!!! It was not only absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned but it was delicious! Mark and Marie Soliday of Confectionery Designs are so talented, easy going, and fun to work with in creating your dream wedding cake! They are very reasonably priced and extremely creative! You will not be disappointed with Confectionery Designs. They were terrific!!

The cake was excellent and was decorated to our liking. Sometimes it was a little difficult for the decorator to stray away from what he usually does in terms of decorations but he accomodated our likes well. Slightly expensive but excellent service and cake!

We met with at least 4 cake vendors where we were seeking a very specific cake type. Mark Soliday was the only vendor whom we met and immediately had confidence in. He created a beautiful and delicious wedding cake for us. He and his team were very professional and great to work with him!!

Mark and Marie Soliday are the most delightful couple to work with. We tasted a lot of cake before our big day, and I have to say that everyone seemed to have an attitude EXCEPT Mark and Marie! They were welcoming, happy, easy to work with, loved my ideas, and had no problem doing what I wanted. They make you feel at ease, and the cake tastes AMAZING!! We wanted pina colada cake, something they don't usually do, and they did it no problem! Our guests said it was the best wedding cake they ever had and I have to agree! We also wanted some mini key lime tartlets, and they did those no problem, they were gobbled up in an instant. Nowhere else will you get the kind personalized service, and amazing quality cake as you will from Mark and Marie.

Delicious, Beautiful, Delicious, Beautiful...I cannot say it enough times! I saw/sampled quite a few cake vendors and none were to the caliber of Mark Soliday!
